yesterday i flew back from the fiji islands. and i left a big chunk of my heart in those white beaches and the azur blue sea. but on the other side i am happy to be back in sydney which feels like proper home right now. and altough fiji is the ideal place to relax. i went there manly to look after two very active kiddos. which you can imagine is a full-time sport haha. nontheless, even though i am more exhausted after fiji then before, i had eight unforgettable days that will remain as a beautiful memory of those paradiselike islands. i might visit you again fiji! but this time around with a bunch of good friends to explore you even more. bula! and vinaka!
now i actually believe that those postcard places exist. but it still doesn't fit into my head properly though..what would you take on such an island;)?
altough it might seem like a bit of an waste to build an pool when you can hop into the ocean one step away..but i was actually a bit reliefed..because having an five and an eight year old in the pool is manageable. two in the open sea? they're gone..i'm joking! but still..the pool makes nannying easier;)
my napgame was strong in this one. mhmm it felt so good. such an easy construction can bring so much joy!

this last one is so simple. and it sort of could have been taken anywhere on this world. but i love the light and atmosphere in this one. and i just wanted to capture the moment because i felt so happy takin it and i hope i remind myelf of that every time i look at it.
